• The buyer is entitled to receive the same or similar parts (as determined by Jungle Gym or Hy-land), including delivery.

• The warranty does not include the cost of assembly or disassembly.

How to claim:

To make a claim, simply complete and submit the Warranty Claims form. Once received, we’ll review your claim and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
