Yes! Hy-land offers a 5-year warranty on all timber components of your purchased playground set. This warranty includes damage caused by wood rot or fungi that may occur after delivery and within the warranty period.


What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

  • Damage caused by wood rot or fungi within the 5-year warranty period.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper use, improper maintenance, or vandalism.
  • Damage resulting from extreme weather events, such as storms.
  • Normal wear and tear of timber due to aging.
  • Costs for assembly or disassembly.
  • Reimbursement or compensation for any related expenses.

When does the warranty start?

The warranty period starts on the day you receive your playground set.


How do I claim the warranty?

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged timber parts.
  2. Locate your invoice, including the article number and purchase date.
  3. Send the photos and invoice to Hy-land via email or mail.

If your claim is approved, Hy-land will provide identical or comparable replacement timber parts. These will be delivered free of charge. Hy-land will decide whether to provide identical or comparable parts.


What happens if my claim is rejected?

If your claim is rejected, Hy-land reserves the right to charge you for the processing costs of the warranty claim.


Do my legal rights change with this warranty?

No. This warranty does not limit your legal consumer rights, including your rights to claim under applicable warranties or your right to withdraw from a purchase.
