- Act Within 14 Days: Make sure to submit your request before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.
- Use Our Return Form: To make the process quick and easy, fill out our Cancellations & Returns form.
Custom-Made Orders:
- Non-Cancellable: ‘Design Your Own’ orders are fully customised and sent to our fulfilment centres immediately after purchase. Once the process starts, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
- No Right of Withdrawal: The standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to custom-made items.
