Why doesn't the configurator allow me to select specific modules?

In the configurator, there are indeed certain combinations that are not possible. This can be due to two reasons:

Technical limitations:

  • The selected elements do not fit together. For example, a swing frame may be too high for a tower or a slide may be too long for the platform.
  • There are technical impossibilities to combine the elements. For example, a swing accessory cannot be attached to a slide.

Safety considerations:

  • The combination of elements can be unsafe. For example, a swing rope should not come too close to the start section of a slide, as this could lead to a risk of entanglement.
  • The combination of elements does not comply with safety standards. For example, the run-out area for a slide must not end in the swing area.

In the case of the small tower, the combination of a swing frame on the tower pole directly next to a slide is not possible due to safety considerations. A swing rope could interfere with the start section of the slide, which, in combination with the forced movement on the slide, could lead to entanglement. For that reason, the only option in this case is a ring trapeze.

We understand that this can sometimes be frustrating, but we hope you understand that we do this to ensure the safety of users.

Additional information:

  • The configurator displays error and recovery messages when you select an impossible combination.
  • You can use the help function of the configurator for more information about the compatibility of elements.
  • You can contact customer service for more information about safety standards and the resulting restrictions.
