Are Jungle Gym playgrounds suitable for commercial use?

Our playsets are activity toys intended for outdoor, domestic use only. Use in a public setting such as a park, playground, or school is considered misuse of the product and may result in premature wear or serious injury. Please note, our outdoor play equipment is suitable for children aged 3 to 10, with a maximum weight of 50 kg per user.
