How do I start with the assembly?

Our play equipment is easy to build with our step-by-step illustrated assembly instructions that you can download here. In the case of Design your own please use the Configuration ID code you received on your order confirmation email.

1- Pre-Assembly Guidelines

- Read the corresponding General Safety Instructions part 1 to completely familiarize yourself with the specific hazards and pay special attention to the operating and maintenance instructions.

- Children should stay out of the work area until this is cleared of obstacles, the play set has been completely installed, all hardware has been tightened and checked, and all tools and other items that don't belong in the play area have been picked up.

- Keep the plastic packaging material away from children, a thin film of plastic can kill a child by suffocation.

- Check the content of delivery, assembly packs, and timber parts against the order list in the manuals. Make sure everything is complete and without iniquities.

-  Group the parts and components systematically within reach before you start. This will assist you with your assembly.

- Add the provided sticker label with the warnings in the proper language on the Jungle Gym type identification plate and mark it accordingly with the provided CONFIG ID, to be found on the frontpage of this manual, with a black marker for product identification purposes.

-  Wear proper clothing and safety equipment (e.g. safety glasses, dust mask, and gloves) when you saw, drill, grind, stain, or assemble the play set, especially when working with pressure-treated timber.

- Follow the manufacturer's safety recommendations for the tools and equipment you use.
