We recommend building the climbing frame as soon as possible. Since timber is a natural material, it responds to temperature and humidity by expanding and contracting slightly. If you are not able to assemble the climbing frame right away, it is important to store it properly. We recommend storing it, covered, in a flat position, outside.
Upon receipt, a douglas fir timber climbing frame removes any protective film to prevent condensation from forming underneath the film, as this will produce stains and mould on the wood.
