If there is a valid warranty claim, the buyer is entitled to the same or similar (as determined by Jungle Gym / Hy-land) parts, including delivery. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of assembly and disassembly. No reimbursement or compensation is offered for these costs within the warranty provisions.
