Pre-Assembly Checklist
Review Safety Instructions
- Read the General Safety Instructions (Part 1) carefully to understand potential hazards.
- Pay close attention to maintenance guidelines to ensure long-term safety.
Create a Safe Work Area
- Keep children out of the work area until assembly is complete, all hardware is securely tightened, and tools are cleared away.
- Safely dispose of all plastic packaging to prevent suffocation risks.
Organise Your Tools & Parts
- Check that all parts, assembly packs, and timber match the order list in your manual.
- Ensure everything is complete and in good condition.
- Group and organise all components and hardware within easy reach to make the process smoother.
Add Safety Labels
- Attach the warning label provided to the Jungle Gym identification plate in the correct language.
- Mark the Design Code (found on the first page of your manual) using a black marker for easy identification.
Wear Safety Gear
- When cutting, drilling, or assembling, especially with pressure-treated wood:
- Wear safety glasses, a dust mask, and gloves.
- Follow all safety instructions for the tools and equipment you’re using.
