Is it possible to check the status of my order?

We keep you informed about the status of your order and provide you with notifications throughout the entire order and delivery process. You will receive an email with further information once the payment has been received, your order is being prepared for shipment, and when your order leaves our warehouse. If your order is being delivered by a shipping company, they will then contact you to arrange a delivery date. In the case of a parcel delivery, you will receive a tracking link from the respective parcel service provider after the goods have been dispatched, with which you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
