What happens if a delivery cannot take place?

In exceptional cases, such as logistical issues, the transporter may not arrive at the scheduled time. 



What you can expect:

  • Notification: While the driver may notify you of the delay, this is not guaranteed.

  • Rescheduling: The transporter will contact you to arrange a new delivery date as soon as possible.

  • No Compensation: Unfortunately, compensation is not available for delivery delays.
