I placed an order on the webshop but the credit card payment does not seem to have gone through - it is still in processing. What action should I take?

Occasionally, a credit card payment may be declined by our payment gateway. This may be due to the amount of the purchase and/or the fact that you did not receive the required verification.

If you wish, we can of course send you a new payment link, so that you can try again to pay the order safely
