In the Case of Transport Damage

If you observe transport damage at the time of delivery, you should record this on the supplier's consignment note. In this case, we kindly request that you still accept your order. Make photographs of the whole pallet and detailed pictures of the involved damaged items. In order to proceed with your claim please fill out the Transport Damaged Timber Claim Form so we can help you effectively. 


In the Case of Other Damages

We always do our best to deliver everything in its best condition. Due to unforeseen circumstances in the production process, it may occur a part is damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as we can.
