When will I receive my order?

In the order confirmation you receive from us when you place an order, there is an expected delivery date. As long as this has not passed, you may assume that your order will be delivered before that day - unless we have informed you by email of a delay. Once an order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to the Track&Trace code that allows you to track the order with the carrier. Has the status in the Track&Trace code not changed for 72 hours? Then something may have gone wrong or your package may have been delayed. We at the Customer Care department are happy to look into this with you to see what the possibilities are. You can reach us by sending us a message via our web form. Please have your order or customer number ready when you contact us, so we can help you as soon as possible.

We try to deliver your order in one go. If this is not possible and your order is packed in several packages, we will send you a separate shipping confirmation e-mail for each individual package. It is therefore possible that you will receive several shipping confirmations for one order.
