- Pick-Up Service: We’ll arrange a pick-up date with our shipping partner.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs will apply.
For Smaller Items:
- Parcel Service: Smaller items can be returned using a parcel service of your choice.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will apply for smaller items as well. To save on costs, we recommend using the same service that delivered your order.
Important Information:
- Pre-Approval Required: Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll provide you with a RMA reference and the correct return address. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
